R-PO
Re-Programmed Obsolescence
It isn’t a big sectret, but we live in a time where technology often feels like a disposable commodity—designed to fail or be replaced. However, I believe every piece of tech has more to give. It’s not about the object itself; it’s about how we approach it.This is my personal project, dedicated to giving new life to old, unused, or discarded electronics.
What I Do?
• Repair: Fixing electronics that still have life left in them, giving them a second chance to be useful.• Upcycle: When repair isn’t possible, I reimagine devices and their parts, finding creative and functional new purposes for them.
• Dispose Responsibly: For items that can’t be repaired or upcycled, I ensure they’re recycled properly to minimise environmental impact.
This project isn’t just about saving devices or parts. It’s about challenging the idea of obsolescence and celebrating the value in what we already have.
Do You Think You Can Help?
Whether you’re a fellow enthusiast, a community organisation, or someone who just wants to clear out their drawers, I’d love to hear from you!By donating old electronics to R–PO, you’ll be helping me explore new ways to turn what’s discarded into something functional again. Together, we can reduce e-waste and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Thank you for supporting this journey—and for seeing the potential in what others might overlook!
